Non-Invasive, non-disrupting measurements.
Our non-invasive sensors are designed to operate without interfering with live cables or pipework, minimising process downtime and disruption to your business.
Power Monitoring.
Our Ethernet Power Monitor is suitable for the vast majority of industrial and commercial applications and is capable of monitoring up to 36 separate circuits simultaneously. The Ethernet Power Monitor need only be installed close to the distribution board and is designed to be installed without the need to disconnect the mains power supply, or interfere with the wiring in the distribution board meaning zero downtime for installation. The Ethernet Power Monitor requires only a power-supply and an ethernet connection to the internet, minimising running costs.
A range of non-invasive, inductive current clamps are available, capable of being mounted to individual circuits without disconnection of the circuit. These are connected to the Power Monitor using shielded cables to minimise interference, ensuring accurate and reliable data.
Equipment is pre-configured prior to shipping, allowing it to make an outbound connection to the Energy Supervisor web portal. System configuration is stored in non-volatile memory, allowing the system to recover in minutes in the event of a loss of power. A USB port is available for local engineering access if needed.
Energy Supervisor Ltd’s secure web interface simplifies the analysis and presentation of information, providing powerful analysis tools at the click of a mouse.
Automated Meter Reading.
Our automated meter readers collect data on consumption from various services; electricity, gas, oil, water, etc. These provide an accurate, true meter reading, enabling business to precisely monitor and control their utilisation.
Energy Supervisor Ltd offers a flexible, affordable solution to automatic meter reading, scalable to suit the needs of a growing business.
Portable Flow Meters and Heat Quantity measurement
Energy Supervisor Ltd offers a number of Ultrasonic Portable Flow Meter solutions, suitable for closed pipes and open channels with diameters ranging from as small as 13mm, to as large as 2000mm. Ultrasonic flow meters use high-frequency sound to determine the flow-rate of liquid between two sensors clamped to the outside of the pipe. No cutting or modification of pipework is required, meaning zero downtime for installation and ensuring the integrity of high-purity circuits.
Energy Supervisor flow meters can tolerate particulate matter of up to 3% by volume. They are suitable for flow rates from 0.1m/sec up to 20m/sec and are capable of bi-directional operation.
The addition of a heat meter makes it possible to track the changes temperature of a fluid flowing through a system, and, when provided with a heat meter on flow and return loops, thus calculate the flow of energy through the system and the overall thermal efficiency of a process or boiler.
Data collected is remotely transmitted via mobile networks to Energy Supervisor Ltd’s dedicated servers for storage and analysis. Archived and real-time energy reports can be accessed through the internet from anywhere in the world, using any compatible device.
Domestic Energy Monitoring Solutions.
Energy Supervisor Ltd also offers a number of dedicated energy monitoring solutions for homeowners seeking to lower their energy bills. Data can be collected from various devices such as; individual power sockets, lighting circuits, cookers etc. Once collected the data is wirelessly sent to a central hub within the home and relayed to Energy Supervisor web portal where it is stored and can be retrieved for analysis. Therefore a broadband connection and a web-browser are the only requirements necessary to benefit from our cost effecti-ve solution to reducing utility bills.
