Our ethernet power monitor can monitor up to 36 separate circuits plus a single or three-phase metered supply depending on the configuration used. Sensors are continuously measured and an average current transmitted to the Energy Supervisor in six second intervals.

The power monitor is installed close to a distribution board and connects to circuits with small non-intrusive current transformer clamps. The clamps are connected via shielded cable to reduce interference from local electrical equipment. All the connections may be made without the need to disconnect the supply or rewire the board although all installations must be carried out by qualified personnel.

All the monitor needs is a local power supply and an Ethernet connection to a data network with internet access. The device usually pre-configured before shipment to enable it to make an outbound connection to the Energy Supervisor platform. There device contains a USB port for local engineering access if required.

The device configuration is stored in local memory and in the event of a power outage it is operational again in seconds. The device itself has low power consumption, typically around 5 watts.

Our portable flow heat meters are suitable for flow rates between 0.1m/sec to 20m/sec and capable of bi-directional operation. The transducers cover pipe ranges from 13mm to 2000mm diamter.

The flow meters can measure liquids with up to 3% volume of particulates and are capable of measuring liquids such as water, oils, and water/glycol combinations.

Our flow meters have the option of providing a heat metering module to measure the thermal energy passing through pipe work.

All of the data collected can be remotely transmitted over the mobile network to our software platform.
